EMERGENCY HAMBURGERS— With natural gas service out across most of the city — and much of their kitchen gas-powered, the Ochiltree County Senior Citizen Center had to make some quick changes last week. So the center’s chefs organized a quick hamburger cookout for last Friday’s lunch.
