Ernie Pina
Ernesto Jose “Ernie” Pina, 42, of Perryton, died Dec. 4, 2022.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 9, at 1 p.m. at Key Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Duce Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Those attending are asked to wear their favorite Dallas Cowboy attire or blue and gray. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
Viewing and visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday, Dec. 8, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 9, from 9-11 a.m.
He was born Nov. 17, 1980 in Beaver, OK, and married Kassie McCabe on April 25, 2009 in Booker. He owned and operated E&J Plumbing.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marcella (Gonzales) Sifuentes; and his grandmother, Dolores Gonzales.
He is survived by his wife, Kassie, of the home; two children, Ernesto Pina, Jr. and Anna Pina, both of the home; his father, Oscar Sifuentes; one brother, Daniel Sifuentes of Perryton; one sister, Mary Burrier of San Antonio; and his grandfather, Jose Gonzales.
The family suggests memorials to one’s favorite charity.
