After much consideration and discussion, the Herald will become a weekly, beginning Nov. 1.
With rising postage, printing and fuel costs, among others, the transition to a weekly will be more cost effective.
The issue will be printed every Wednesday afternoon, and carry a Thursday dateline, as always.
