Blas Arreola Maldonado, 60, and Patricia Ruiz Carbajal, 58, of Mexico, died July 30, 2022 in Dallam County.
Services were held Friday, Aug. 6, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
Blas was born Oct. 13, 1961 and Patricia was born Aug. 5, 1963, both in Ignacio Zaragoza, Chihuahua, Mexico. Blas was a farmer and rancher in Mexico and Patricia was a homemaker.
They are survived by one son, Cruz Arreola Ruiz and one daughter, Gabriela Yuridia Arreola Ruiz of Los Lunas, NM; and six grandchildren.
Blas is also survived by five sisters, Guadalupe Arreola Maldonado, Elida Arreola Maldonado, Maria Arreola Maldonado, Isabel Arreola Maldonado and Mireya Arreola Maldonado.
Patricia is also survived by her mother, Eduvijes Carbajal Peru; six sisters, Monica Ruiz Carbajal, Guadalupe Ruiz Carbajal, Ana Maria Ruiz Carbajal, Cristina Ruiz Carbajal, Rosario Ruiz Carbajal and Angelica Ruiz Carbajal; and two brothers, Cipriano Ruiz Carbajal and Guillermo Ruiz Carbajal.
