Services for Donna Mae Cook, 89, of Spearman will be held Friday, July 22, at 10:30 a.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton.
She died April 7, 2022 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo.
She was born April 22, 1932 in Fairfax, OK.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Cook; daughter, Anita Brooks, one son, Allen Cook; one grandson, Brandon Stafford; and one greatgranddaughter, Hannah Elizabeth Bromlow.
She is survived by five daughters, Sandra Eaton of Spearman, Rita Bunk of Nashua, MT, Kathy Hagerman of Pampa and Carrie Cook and Sherrie Williams, both of Perryton; one son, Rex Cook of Spearman; 16 grandchildren; and over 40 greatgrandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
