Eric Ortega, 34, of Perryton, died Feb. 20, 2022.
A funeral mass was held Friday, March 4, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Booker, with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born June 11, 1987 in Shattuck, OK. He worked in the oilfield for several years.
He is survived by his parents, Efren and Carmen Ortega, Sr., of Perryton; two daughters, Alexia Marie Ortega of Perryton and Natalie Ortega of Carlsbad, NM; three brothers, Efren Ortega, Jr., of Perryton, Adrian Ortega and Jorge Ortega, both of Amarillo.
