Patsy Sue Kemp Newby, 78, of Perryton, died Dec. 16, 2021.
Services were held Monday, Dec. 20 at Community Worship Center with Kevin Britton officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
