    The City of Perryton set up their “Giving Tree” again to help local senior citizens who have difficulty paying their winter heating bills.

    The city’s Giving Tree has become a local tradition for this time of year.

    The tree was placed on the countertop in City Hall, where utility bills are paid, after Thanksgiving.
