Johan Ruelas Rivera, white male. Date of birth, Sept. 23, 1985. Height, 5’4”, weight, 152 pounds. Brown eyes, brown hair. Last known address was Perryton. There is one misdemeanor warrant for Rivera for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute offense.
Perryton-Ochiltree County Crime Stoppers will pay $50 each for information which leads to the physical arrest of persons wanted on misdemeanor warrants and $150 for persons wanted on felony warrants on the “Fast $50 Fugitives” list. The reward will be paid within 24 hours of the arrest.
