Leobaldina Ramirez de Chairez, 82, of Perryton, died March 12, 2021.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 15, at Community Worship Center with Pastor Jose Angel Acosta officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born Dec. 25, 1938 in San Bueno Ventura, Nieves Zacatecas Mexico, and married Francisco Chairez Mendoza in 1957 in Nieves Zacatecas, Mexico. She had lived in the Perryton area since 1995.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco; and her parents, Baldomero and Josefina (Lozano) Ramirez.
She is survived by her children, Esmeralda Rodriguez of Friona, Ana Maria Vital and Francisco Chairez, and Teresa Palacios, all of Perryton, Maria De Los Angeles of Round Lake, IL, Josefina Chairez of Dumas, and Maria Guadalupe Mercado of Genoa, IL; three brothers, Manuel Ramirez, Pascual Ramirez and Ramiro Ramirez, all of Zacatecas, Mexico; 21 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Community Worship Center, 2210 SW 15th Ave., Perryton.
