Trula Shults, 76, of Perryton, died Dec. 30, 2020.
Graveside services were held Monday, Jan. 4, at Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born in Clarendon, and married James Shults on Oct. 1, 1960 in Clarendon. They moved to Perryton in 1993 from Camp, CO.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lois and Willie Putman; her husband, James; one grandson, Jeremy Tunnell; and one brother, Wright Putman.
She is survived by one son, Danny Shults of Gruver; two daughters, Lynda Capps of Perryton and Kimberly Guymon of Elk City, OK; two sisters, Ola Mae Ladnier of Mobile, AL and Brenda Gay Usrey of Logan, NM; eight grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to one’s favorite charity.
