Donita Fiskin, 86, of Amarillo, formerly of Perryton, died Aug. 21, 2020.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 27, at Boxwell Brothers Chapel in Perryton, with Rev. Richard Laverty officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing will be practiced and occupancy numbers will be limited. Services will be broadcast live on the Boxwell Brothers Facebook page. There is a link on the website, boxwellbros.com.
She was born March 12, 1934 in Perryton, and married Doug Fiskin on Oct. 3, 1954 in Amarillo. She taught school in Perryton for 36 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Perryton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Russell and Wilma (Garrison) Gunter.
She is survived by her husband, Doug, of the home; one son, Steve Fiskin of West Fargo, ND; and two grandchildren.
