Christine LaNelle Dotson Pearson, 92, formerly of Balko, OK, died Dec. 20, 2025.
Viewing will be Friday, Dec. 26, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 27, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Perryton.
Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 27, at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church in Perryton, with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 3, 1933, on the homestead outside of Texhoma. She graduated from Texhoma High School in 1952. She married Max Raymond Pearson Aug. 2, 1953 in Texhoma.
The lived in Balko, OK, where she was a homemaker and helped with the farm.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Raymond; two sons, Percy Wayne Pearson and Micheal Ray Person; one daughter, Julie Lynn; parents, Shaw and Mary Dotson; three brothers, James Isaac Dotson, Robert Gordon Dotson and Gene Dotson; and eight sisters, Vera Galliard, Ona Fleming, Audrey Dodd, Bernice Whaley Potts, Billie Ellis, Reba Freeman, Capitola Brunk and Louise Evans.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Ann Zack of Hinton, OK and Barbara Nelle Mason of Woodward, OK; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
