Dale Juarez
Dale Richard Juarez, 72, of Perryton, died Dec. 8, 2025.
Services were held Thursday, Dec. 11, at Victory Family Church, with Rev. Marlon Sparks officiating. Burial followed in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
He was born Sept. 18, 1953, in Fowler, KS and married his wife, LaDonna, on June 5, 1981 in Perryton. He worked as a pumper in the oilfield and was a member of Victory Family Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Juarez.
He is survived by his wife, LaDonna, of Perryton; two sons, Chad Richard Juarez of Foss, OK, and Jamie Cole Juarez of Carlsbad, NM; one daughter, Carrie Rene Kirkland of Pampa; his mother, Laura Juarez, of Panhandle; two brothers, Danny Ray Juarez of Perryton and Dennis Lynn Juarez of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Ochiltree General Hospital Hospice, 3019 S. Main, Perryton.
