STRAWN RETIREMENT RECEPTION HELD— A retirement reception was held last Thursday evening for Ochiltree County Extension Agent Scott Strawn, who has held the position in the county for 31 years. Among the attendees were Strawn’s parents, Bill and Verna Strawn, his son, Carter Strawn, Expo Center staff members Ruth Ann Splan and Shelley Haller, and dozens of county staff, elected officials, Ochiltree County 4-H members, and other well-wishers.
