The Museum of the Plains’ annual smoked pork tenderloin fundraiser was held last Thursday at the museum. Chefs from all over the area got together Friday morning to season and grill hundreds of pork tenderloins in preparation for the hungry diners who showed up in the afternoon to pick up their meals.
