The Ochiltree County Senior Citizen Center had to postpone their Mardi Gras celebration for a week, but the whole crew got together Tuesday evening to enjoy a Cajun meal of blackened catfish, blackened chicken, dirty rice, spinach madeline, shrimp remoulade, and bread pudding.
