Luz Carnero De Porras
Luz Socorro Carnero De Porras, 74, of Perryton, died Dec. 16, 2024 in Amarillo.
Funeral mass will be Thursday, Dec. 19, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born July 30, 1950 in Chihuahua, Mexico, and married Hector Ramon Porras on Dec. 16, 1966 in Mexico. She was a homemaker and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Miguel and Eneteria Carnero; and siblings.
She is survived by her husband, Hector; three daughters, Maribel Porras, Lorena Porras and Mailen Porras; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
