Rosie Irene Deeds, 90, of Booker, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2024 in Canadian. Viewing will be Thursday, Aug. 22 from 12 p.m to 9 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 23 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Booker. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Booker with burial to follow in Heart Cemetery, with Rev. Kevin Wauer officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
She was born June 25, 1934 in Lipscomb County to Aaron Ginter and Martha Schneider Ginter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Booker.
She is survived by sons, Roy Deeds of Gruver and Desley Deeds of Booker, one grandson, one granddaughter, two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Harry Ginter and Benny Ginter, and sister Marie Wilmoth.
