OQUIN TAKES FIRST AT STATE Rylan Oquin, a five-year member of Ochiltree County 4-H, placed first in the Every Day Living Construction competition, a garment construction event, at this month’s State 4-H Roundup in College Station. She is now eligible to compete at the National 4-H Fashion Competition.
A member of Ochiltree County 4-H placed first place in her event this month at the State 4-H Roundup and has now qualified to participate in the National competition.
Rylan Oquin, an upcoming junior and a five-year member of 4-H, placed first out of 12 contestants in the Every Day Living Construction competition, which focuses on garment construction.
