FPC GRADUATES LOCAL STUDENTS— A total of 73 students from Frank Phillips College, Allen Campus graduatedin May, at the FPC main campus in Borger. The graduating students included 24 students with Associate degrees, nine LVNs, 14 diesel mechanics, 14 welding students, and 12 cosmetology students.
