The Perryton City Council moved forward with demolishing a damaged home at 2306 Baylor Court at its meeting Tuesday evening.
The home, owned by Danny Juarez, has had two fires, the latest in November.
A public hearing was held earlier that day on site, with a second one held at the council meeting.
