The City of Perryton’s sales tax payments ended the year on a down note.
For December, the city’s payment of $236,643 was down a little over 4%, and down 3.5% from its year to date payments of $3.13 million.
Around the area, it was a mixed bag of increases and decreases.
Canadian’s payment of $88,542 was up nearly 56% for the month, and its year to date payments of $782,285 were 15% more than 2022.
