Happy birthday Nancy! This girl, what can I say that hasn’t been mentioned before? She is definitely the rock that holds us together at the center. She has trained seven different directors before me – save the best for last. Not really the last, but it’s just how the saying goes, so I used it.

4-H members compete in , 4-H roundup in Amarillo

Six Ochiltree County 4-H members competed at the Panhandle District 4-H Roundup Contests at the Amarillo National Center at the Tri State Fairgrounds in Amarillo on Oct. 20. Over 200 contestants from the top 22 counties in the Texas Panhandle competed in various contests.

Jennie June Club tours new county law enforcement center

The Jennie June Club met Oct. 14 at the new Ochiltree County Law Enforcement Center. Hostesses were Donna Mann and Renee Lee. Sheriff Terry Bouchard took the group on a tour of the new facility. Following the tour, president Penny Clark conducted the business meeting.
